This office is conducting the XIIth "Pension Adalat" on 29-01-2014 at 11:30 A.M. for BSNL as well as DoT Pensioners in the Conference Hall of O/o Controller of Communication Accounts,Ist Floor, Doorsanchar Bhawan, Bhopal. Advertisement in this regard has already been published in Dainik Bhaskar Daily, published from Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur and Gwalior on 12-12-2013 (Copy enclosed for ready reference). Pensioners having grievances in settlement of their Pension, DCRG, Family Pension, Commutation etc., may participate in the Pension Adalat in person. Such pensioners may send their problems in advance to Shri Santosh Balmik, Dy.CCA (Pension), O/o CCA, Doorsanchar Bhawan, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal to reach this office latest by 31-12-2013 Please instruct all the units under your jurisdiction for vide publicity in this regard i.e display of hand outs, posters etc in all BSNL premises as well as the premises of pension drawing Bank branches, post offices etc. They may be asked to send a report in this regard to this office by 06-01-2014 We are inviting the pensioners associations also to participate in the deliberations, but they have no permission to present the grievances of the pensioners except the cases of illiterate pensioners/family pensioners who seeks their assistance.
