News Release For Immediate Release Media Contact:! VECTRIX Showcases All-Electric 3-Wheeled Model at Brusselʼs European Motor Show 2012 Lithium-powered Clean Energy VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ 2012 Model on Display at European Motor Show at VECTRIX Hall 1 Booth 1.08D from January 10 to 22, 2012 New Bedford, MA—January 6, 2012—VECTRIX, the leader in two-wheeled electric vehicles, will unveil their much-anticipated 2012 model of their three-wheeled electric vehicle known as the VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ in Hall 1 Booth #108D at the 90th annual European Motor Show in Brussels, Belgium at the Brussels Expo Center on January 10 through 22, 2012.
On display will be the new 2012 Lithium-powered 42 amp hour (Ah) VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ model. The VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ is the first and only all-electric three-wheeled scooter available in the world. Due to its twin front wheels and patented VECTRIX™ articulating front suspension, the VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ offers riders increased stability. The VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ is ideal for low-
speed maneuvering and high-speed agility. With a range of up to 80 to 128 kilometers (50-80 miles), the clean energy VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ is ideal for commuters throughout Belgium, Europe, and the world.
The revolutionary three-wheeled VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ features three of VECTRIXʼs patented systems—the fully-articulating VECTRIX™ Front Suspension, VECTRIX™ Regenerative Throttle, and planetary VECTRIX™ Gear Drive. The 42 Amp hour (Ah) version of the electric VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ is capable of speeds up to 68 mph (110 km/h) and accelerates to 80 km/h (0-50 mph) in 8.25 seconds. The VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ features an electronic front suspension “e-Lock” that locks the front two wheels upright at stop and speeds up to 8 km/h (5 mph). Upon a click of the button, the e-lock unlocks the wheels for full-articulation at speeds up to 110 km/h (68 mph). With low maintenance and operating costs, the VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ is an excellent way for consumers to move about daily while dramatically reducing their cost per kilometer.
The VECTRIX European Motor Show 2012 stand will also feature the zero-to-80 km/h (0-50 mph) in 6 seconds, 110 km/h (68 mph) VECTRIX VX-1 Li/Li+ Lithium Maxi-scooter and new electric 50-cc equivalent, 45 km/h (30 mph), the VECTRIX VX-2 Scooter.
“Vectrix is very excited to premiere the 2012 lithium-powered VX-3 Li+ at this yearʼs European Motor Show,” said Brian Buccella, Vectrix Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This yearʼs show in Brussels is the perfect place to promote our message of Vectrix electric performance, reliability, and low cost of operation to the Benelux, European and worldwide market. Our booth will showcase our range of our electric VECTRIX vehicles—the VX-1 Li, VX-2, and VX-3 Li+.”
The entire line of Vectrix vehicles offers tremendous advantages to the Belgium and European market. In Belgium, the VECTRIX VX-1 Li/Li+ and VX-3 Li+ do not require motorcycle licenses. Each Vectrix electric scooter recharges for about 1 Euro which means a daily return on investment for Vectrix customers. Various Belgium police agencies are also evaluating the Vectrix scooters for their patrol-based needs. And the Belgium Vectrix Dealer and Service network has been set up through six key companies in Aalst (Schockaert Motor Services), Antwerpen (Ecomobiel), Gembloux (GreenAgri), Kuurne (RES-Ecopower), Mechelen (Active Pits), and Zaventem (CTECO). VX-3 Li+: The VECTRIX VX-3 Li+ is perfect for urban and suburban commuters. The zero-gas emission VX-3 Li + is the latest off-shoot from VECTRIXʼs original flagship vehicle, the two- wheeled VX-1. The clean energy Vectrix VX-3 Li+ has 42-amp hour lithium battery system. At an estimated electrical recharge cost of one cent per mile, the VX-3 Li+ reduces operating costs while increasing personal transportation efficiency. Key Features of the VECTRIX VX-3Li+:
All-electric with zero emissions—no need for oil or gas, and virtually silent operation. Plugs into any 220V/110V standard outlet and charges battery to 80% capacity in 2.5 hours.
Powerful and fast—Rapidly accelerates to a top speed of 110 km/h (68 mph). Zero to 80 km/h (0-50 mph) in as little as 8.25 seconds.
Range up to 80 to 128 km (50-80 miles) on a single charge, due to battery pack energy density and our unique regenerative braking technology.
Superior handling due to a fully-articulating front suspension, low center of gravity, quality components, and even weight distribution.
Low Maintenance—with no oil, no filters, and no clutch your cost of ownership is minimal.
Patented VECTRIX™ Multi-Function Throttle provides regenerative braking to maximize range possibilities and a slow-speed reverse for greater maneuverability and easy parking
Patented VECTRIX™ integrated rear-wheel mounted single stage planetary gear drive. VX-1 Li/Li+: The VECTRIX VX-1 LI/Li+ was awarded the “European e-Scooter of the Year” by Belgiumʼs Circuit Zolderʼs CleanWeek 2020 in May 2011. Perfect for commuting and touring, the zero-gas emission VX-1 Li and Li+ are the latest generation of VECTRIXʼs flagship vehicle, the VX-1. The clean energy VECTRIX VX-1 now offers two new lithium battery options—the VX-1 Li—a 30-amp hour battery, and the VX-1 Li+—a 42-amp hour battery. At an estimated electrical recharge cost of one cent per mile, the VX-1 Li and Li+ reduce operating costs while increasing personal transportation efficiency. Key Features of the VECTRIX VX-1 Li/Li+:

The Church of Scientology is loudly voicing their strong resistance to what they call "psych drugs". It is therefore ironicthat the founder of Dianetics and Scientology, L Ron Hubbard, was taking a "psych drug" when he died. This is notunusual in itself, since bitter old men often go psychotic when dying. Witnesses testified that Hubbard died acting like araving lunatic. This is f
