Phase III Trial of LHRH Analog Administration during Chemotherapy to Reduce Ovarian Failure Following Standard Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Early Stage, Hormone-Receptor Negative Breast Cancer. Cyclophosphamide followed by Paclitaxel with Bevacizumab or Placebo in Patients with Lymph Node Positive and High Risk Lymph Node Negative Breast Cancer. A double blind re-randomization to Letrozole or placebo for women completing five years of adjuvant Letrozole in the MA.17 study.
